Oh, I just love those pictures! Such a sweet little girl, and family you have. I love Justin's Bday hat. I wish we could have been there to celebrate with you all!

Recipies To Try...

From now on when I try a really good recipe I am going to put it on here and also try to include a picture. I will start posting soon!

2-4-09** Shepherd's Pie
Ingredients:
1 can french style green beans(un- drained), 1 can tomato soup, 1 lb ground beef, mashed potatoes and cheese

Brown beef in skillet. Add green beans and tomato soup and let simmer for 5 min. Add mashed potatoes-enough to cover entire skillet. Cover with cheese and put in oven until bubbly. Yum Yum-you can always add your own touch as well...like onions in the beef.

ALL AMERICAN MEAT LOAF
Ingredients:
Crock pot, 1 1/2 lbs ground beef, 2 cups bread crumbs, 1 c ketchup, 1/2 c onion, 2 eggs(beaten), 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, cheese and 2 tbs tomato paste

In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients, except for the cheese and tomato paste. Shape half of the meat mixture into a loaf. Arrange preferred amount of cheese, then top with the remaining meat mixture, pressing edges together to seal. Place in the crock-pot. Top with the tomato paste and more cheese(love cheese :). Cover; cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
